What We’re Looking For:

Valid Iowa Driver’s License: Required for operation of company vehicles and equipment.
Strong Work Ethic: Must enjoy physical outdoor work and take pride in delivering high-quality results.
Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively within a team to complete landscaping projects.
Equipment Knowledge: Experience operating (or willingness to learn to operate) a variety of equipment including small dump trucks, skid loaders, tractors, small power equipment, and hand tools.
Mechanical Knowledge: A plus if you have experience maintaining equipment and tools.
Safety-Minded: Ability to follow and adhere to our company’s Safety Program to ensure a secure work environment.
