Landscape Design

Matthias Landscaping designs landscapes for both residential and commercial sites. The design process for residential properties starts with an initial consultation – schedule an appointment for a personal visit to your residence by one of our designers to discuss your your project.  During the initial site visit the designer will ask questions and visit with you about the scope of your project.  They will also gather all site information needed at this time (measurements, photos) to put together an accurate design and estimate. After the initial site visit is completed your designer will head back to the office to put together a design and itemized estimate. A second meeting is scheduled with you in our office to go through these items.  Here we will be able to answer any questions that you have and you will be able to look at samples of all the proposed materials in our product showroom.

Any services not listed above we can line up through qualified subcontractors.  We have a large network of contractors we work with to provide all of the finishing touches to your landscape, from carpenters, deck contractors, fencing contractors, pool contractors, irrigation & tiling services, tree service, iron workers, & concrete contractors.

Landscape Maintenance

We provide shrub and perennial bed maintenance services for both residential and commercial properties. This service includes a spring clean-up, trimming and deadheading shrubs and perennials at the appropriate time of the year, weeding, and a fall clean-up.

Maintenance services can be contracted monthly or you can give us a call to request service on a “as needed” basis.
